How to have a good day?

Spend the first few minutes of your new day thinking of the things that bring you the most happiness and comfort. Spend a couple of brief moments thinking about the most exciting thing that happened to you yesterday. Savor this experience and allow the feelings to spill over into the new day.

Think of your life as a bank saving account. Your job is to make meaningful deposits of love, grace and kindness every day. Your focus should not be in how much interest you are earning, but rather how many deposits you are making. There will be come a day, however, when you will need to make a withdrawal. By giving more than you take, you will have all the resources necessary to receive what you need, when you need it the most.
:-D Finish the day strong.
At the end of each day, allow your mind to rest while your body rests and feel the day's tensions drift away. As you drift off to sleep, count your blessings and name them, one by one. Acknowledge them and give them life. When you do, these same blessings will be waiting for you tomorrow ready to help you get the most out of the new day.

Be Cool . . . . . You Are Totally Awesome!!!
~ None of us is perfect. All of us have to improve in many areas . . . ~
Being cool is about being comfortable with who you are, being composed when things don't go your way, not paying too much importance to nasty comments from others, placing a high value on yourself and yet being respectful with others, getting your way but in a calm and composed way rather than arguing, being able to control temper and emotions etc. When you acquire these qualities then you will appear cool to others. You will be able to handle situations with ease and enjoy life more.
Important things for your behavior, beliefs and habits :
* I don't look towards others to decide what to do, but take action myself.
* I don't fuss about every little thing.
* I don't get flustered when i don't get things my way.
* I am comfortable to hang out with.
* I make others feel good.
* I am most concerned to contributing to the fun of the group.
* I don't hang out with people to take something from them, but to contribute something.
* I am adventurous.
* I know my strengths and weaknesses and am not flustered by the weaknesses.
* I don't hide my flaws, nor am i embarrassed by them.
* I value myself highly and don't accept second class behavior from others.
* I am comfortable in both hearing and saying 'no' when the need arises.
* I listen well to others and try my best to understand them. I pay attention to what others are saying or feeling and give due importance to it.
* It is a great pleasure for me to try and be able to understand people.
* I easily get involved in a lot of social activities, like it and enjoy it.

Be A Real Genius . . . . .
Genius is something or someone embodying exceptional intellectual ability, creativity or originality, typically to a degree that is associated with the achievement of unprecedented insight.
To become a genius, you will need to posses a certain distinctive mindset so that everything you do builds on top of one another to enhance your intelligence gains.
Basics tips & methods to become a genius :
1. Be goal and results orientated.
2. Be a super positive thinker.
You must see the benefit in a situation instead of problem. Yo need to see the opportunity, the possibility and the joy which exists, and be hell bent and geared towards it. When this happens, you will be able to come up with much greater levels of self confidence and ambition which allow you to think like a genius.
3. Raise your intelligence and IQ.
Keep your mind super sharp, in terms of clarity, focus and concentration.
4. Copy the mindsets of the intellectual greats.
There have been many genii who have existed throughout the ages like Aristotle, Plato, Socrates, Albert Einstein etc. If you want to be like them, you will need to study their mindsets and strategies and what that can possibly do for you.
5. Learn as much as you can every day.
The more you become an expert in what yo want to achieve, the greater the chances of success.
6. Believe in yourself.
If you want to be a genius, you need to have a solid deep found belief in your abilities and what you can achieve in life. Belief is what gives you the strength to keep going where everyone else would stop. It is the magical power which keeps you standing up again when the going gets tough.

A smile is a facial expression formed by flexing the muscles near both ends of the mouth. The smile can also be found around the eyes. Among humans, it is an expression denoting pleasure, joy, happiness or amusement, but can also be an involuntary expression of anxiety, in which case it is known as a grimace.
Smiling is something that is understood by everyone despite culture, race, or religion : it is internationally known. Cross-cultural studies have shown that smiling is a means of communicating emotions throughout the world.

Hahaha!!! . . Can't Stop Laughing.

Laughing is a reaction to certain stimuli, fundamentally stress, which serves as an emotional balancing mechanism. Traditionally, it is considered a visual expression of happiness, or an inward feeling of joy. It may ensue from hearing a joke, being tickled, or other stimuli. It is in most cases a very pleasant sensation.
Laughter serves weightier purposes than turning noses into milk spigots. More than merely a side effect of mirth, it acts as a sophisticated social signaling system, helping people bond and even negotiate status. Consider that most social laughter does not result from any obvious joke.
Yukking it up also has numerous health benefits : it lowers anxiety, boosts the immune system, and aids circulation. These contagious convulsions are anything but frivolous.
Laughter can burn much calories :
According to recent research, believed to laugh for an hour can burn 100 calories. Laughter can make the body move as if doing aerobics. This caused heart beat faster and send some blood in large measure to the entire body. Hearty laugh also makes the chest moves up and down so that your abnominal muscles tighten and work harder.

:O Humor can literally lighten moods.
