Reading a success poem is like reading a beautiful little story :

It Will Come
~ Nathan Watson ~

When life's largest pressures leave you struck dumb,
Just search for an answer ; the solution will come.

When a tragedy occurs leaving you feeling numb,
Just wait for your health ; the strength will come.

When everyone relies on you and there is no way you can see,
Trust your mind to think with time ; patience is the key.

When you have made it where others always flee,
Just wait to gather courage, soon you'll be where you want to be.

When it is nearing the end and you're in need,
Muster up your courage ; endurance will lead.
IT WILL COME.

Moods generally have either a positive or negative valence. In other words, people typically speak of being in a good mood or a bad mood.

Types of mood :
Aggressive, angry bitter, bright, calm, care less, dramatic, difficult exciting, elegant, fierce, fun, gleeful, gloomy, happy, harsh, homorous, hungry, lazy, lively, malevolent messy, outraged, paranoid, playful, precious, raucous, relaxed, sad, silly, soothing, spooky, warm, whimsical . . . . .

Types of mood disorders :
There are 2 general classifications for mood disorders, also known as affective disorders ;

1. Bipolar disorders.( Manic-depression )

nearly every day or has lost interest or pleasure in all, or almost all, activities, for a period of at least two weeks.

B. Single episode.
Single episode depression is like major depression only it strikes in one dramatic episode.

C. Recurrent.
Recurrent depression is an extended pattern of depressed episodes. Depressed episodes can include any of the features of major depressive disorder.

- psychotheraputic
The best approach is usually a combination of the two.

Can't Stop Thinking! . . Workaholic.

A workaholic or ergomaniac is a person who is addicted to work. The term generally implies that the person enjoys their work ; it can also imply that they simply feel compelled to do it. There is no generally accepted medical definition of such a condition, although some forms of stress, obsessive-compulsive personality disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder can be work-related.

Workaholics can't stop thinking about work. Workaholics are very controlling. They can't delegate and are not usually interested in being team players. They are perfectionists and nothing is ever good enough for them. Workaholics would rather handle everything themselves, which doesn't always produce the necessary results because we often need the input and help of others.
